NVOCC

The division of NVOCC (non vessel owned common carrier) has been the primary business function of Selina Shipping Lines and hence we based our business from Singapore which is the ideal location for us to operate as an NVOCC with primary focus on Intra Asia Trade lane. We work very closely with our network of offices and agents for us to provide top of the line service to our customers who rely on our network for transportation of their valuables. We have our dedicated team of operations to keep a track on requirements of the trade and constantly follow up on the movements till desired results are achieved. Our current primary areas of focus are Far East Asia, South east asia, Indian sub continent, Middle east and East Africa.

LINER AGENCY

Apart from SSL running our own containers we also work along with our good friends whom we see as our partners in growing together and provide them with a network which enables them to work with us on mutual benefit. We represent various small/medium sized NVOCC in Singapore/Malaysia & Afghanistan. Working with others not only provides better reach to our partners, it also lets us perform better in terms of variety of services as bigger pool of inventory is maintained to cater to our demanding customers.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

The Freight Forwarding Division is that part of the trade which deals with complete end to end logistics solutions for our clients. Below are the verticals which we handle for running our freight forwarding business successfully. 1. Ocean freight 2. Air Freight 3. Customs Brokerage 4. Hualage & Transportation 5. Packing/Re-packing 6. Trans-loading 7. Consolidation/De-consolidation 8. Cross Trade requirements In order for us to function all these requirements efficiently we need to have the best of the networks worldwide to provide tailor made solutions to our customers. We also have major contracts with shipping lines for us to work on dedicated space for long haul requirements which is not under NVOCC reach. CONTAINER TRADING

In order to cater to the wide array of sea ports for our NVOCC to grow, inventory is the bloodline of our business. We need to constantly procure and sell containers across various sectors in the globe. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are concentrating on procurement as well as sales of inventory for us to keep replenishing our inventory as per the demands of the trade and clientele. The department also takes care of sales, maintenance & repair of containers all across the globe wherever SSL containers are stacked for operations. The MOTTO of the team is provide the inventory wherever & whenever needed for our customers.
